This hotel has some significant issues that detracted from my overall experience, like the questionable cleanliness and maintenance. On the plus side, its location is fantastic, just steps away from Times Square, which is great for theater-goers. However, I was frustrated with service delays and issues in my room. Overall, I'd say it's not worth the price paid for such a disappointing stay.
This hotel has a fantastic location close to Times Square, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. However, the rooms are quite old and in need of an update, and the service left much to be desired. While I enjoyed the convenience of being near major sites, the lack of basic amenities made my stay frustrating. The value for money just isn't there with the current state of the hotel.
